These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seer mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"). Seer is operated by Tudor-Constantin Craciun, an individual based in Romania ("we", "our", or "us"), with contact address Str. Pantelimon 25, Iași, Romania. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, access, or use the App.
Seer is a geopolitics and history AI assistant. The App may curate news based on your preferences, provide AI-generated analysis of articles and events, and let you ask follow-up questions in chat. Some features are available with usage limits; Seer Prime unlocks paid features such as extended article chat. Features and availability may change over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. Seer is not intended for children under 16. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The App uses anonymous authentication and may assign a technical identifier to your installation to operate the service, enforce limits, and manage subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for activity that occurs through your use of the App.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Seer Prime"). Access to paid features is managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Seer uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and analysis. AI outputs are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or speculative, including forward-looking interpretations of events. They should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.
To provide AI features, content you submit (such as questions, chat messages, and article title, description, and URL) may be processed by third-party AI providers, including Google Generative AI, and may involve web search grounding. Processing is subject to those providers' terms and policies.
You are responsible for how you use information from the App. Do not rely on Seer as your sole source when making important decisions, including decisions about personal safety.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the App.
The App, its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
You retain rights to content you submit through the App. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely as needed to provide the requested features, operate, secure, and maintain the service.
The App relies on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure (such as Google Firebase / Google Cloud), AI processing (such as Google Generative AI), subscription management (such as RevenueCat), and app store payments (Apple and Google). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
The App may aggregate, link to, or analyze third-party news and web content from publishers and other sources. Publishers and rights holders retain their rights in that content. AI analysis does not transfer ownership of publisher articles to you or to us. For the full original reporting, open the publisher's own page. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
If you believe content accessible through the App infringes your copyright, contact us at the email below with enough detail for us to review the request.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read it.
The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Romanian or European Union law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the App or AI-generated content.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total Seer Prime subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through your store account. In-app deletion removes data stored on your device. Short-lived server-side operational records may remain until they expire under normal retention, as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and general terms) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. For material changes, we will update this page and, where reasonably feasible, provide notice in the App. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue rights you may have.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede prior understandings on the same subject. You have not relied on any statement not expressly set out in these Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
